The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pore-free die casting of a master cylinder and a manufacturing apparatus therefor and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a pore-free die casting which forms an pore-free internal structure by quickly supplying oxygen into a mold cavity, and to an apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method includes injection of molten metal and active gas into a mold at the same time, wherein at least some of the gas is capable of reacting with the molten metal.
