According to the present invention, a method for adjusting a beam direction comprises the following steps: searching for signal qualities of a plurality of beam directions; selecting a first beam direction having the highest signal quality among the beam directions depending on the searched result; receiving a first RF signal in accordance with a second beam direction among the beam directions in a signal searching section; receiving a second RF signal through the first beam direction in a signal receiving section; comparing signal quality of the first and second RF signals; and renewing the first beam direction depending on a comparison result. The second beam direction is selected within a certain range from the first beam direction. In the renewing step, when the quality of the first RF signal is higher than that of the second RF signal, the first beam direction is changed into the second beam direction. When the quality of the first RF signal is not higher than that of the second RF signal, the first beam direction is maintained.
