The present invention relates to a logistics management system using a bar code which can keep medicine information by recognizing a label of warehousing medicines, and can check a movement route of the medicine by checking the kind and quantity of an ordered medicine and information of an orderer requesting the order as supplying the kept medicine in a packaged state according to the order. The logistics management system of the present invention includes: a warehousing recognition unit including a camera (100) for photographing a warehousing medicine box (10), and a warehousing management server (200) for making data of the bar code of the medicine box (10) photographed by the camera (100), and storing and managing the data; and a medicine keeping unit which keeps the medicine boxes (10) recognized by the warehousing recognizing unit according to the kind thereof, displays a releasing sequence and quantity of the medicines according to the order, and checks whether releasing is completed.
