The present invention relates to a data communication method using an inaudible frequency band. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for transferring data of a transfer device using an inaudible frequency band may include the steps of: producing multiple sub-periods by evenly dividing a fixed period within an inaudible frequency band; producing signals corresponding to each data by assigning multiple bits in the order of the bits which configure fixed data in each sub-period; and outputting the produced signals to the outside.
