PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: novel compounds that inhibit one or more proteins in the Wnt pathway and are useful for disease or disorder associated with tumor growth, cell proliferation, or angiogenesis; and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: compounds having imidazo[4,5-c]pyridin-2-yl-1H-indazole backbone represented by the compound represented by the formula in the figure; and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds. The pharmaceutical compositions are effective against cancer, diabetic retinopathy, neovascular glaucoma, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, mycotic or viral infections, bone and cartilage diseases, Alzheimer's disease, osteoarthrosis, genetic diseases due to mutations in Wnt signaling components, etc. |
