The embodiment of the invention provides an image signal processing method, a system and a display. The method includes that: receiving a video signal; collecting environment parameter information of the display environment where the system is located; adjusting the luminance and/or the chrominance of the video signal according to the environment parameter information to correspondingly adjust at least one color spectrum light of the video signal; and outputting the adjusted video signal. The image signal processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the specific spectrum color light according to the viewing environment so as to relieve visual fatigue.
