A manufacturing method for a pattern retarder, comprising: forming film layers (2, 5) on an underlayment substrate (1), and conducting a patterning process on the film layers (2, 5) using a laser to form a levorotatory circular polarized light region (4) and a dextrorotatory circular polarized light region (6). The manufacturing method for a pattern retarder can guarantee the alignment accuracy of a pattern retarder and a display panel, thereby guaranteeing the yield of 3D products. |
