PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, with the current solution, background information cannot be acquired for a future event of a user by utilizing an agent technique for a current calendar technique.SOLUTION: From a calendar program including the date and time of a meeting, an input text in a character format for describing a target meeting is acquired. As the date and time of a meeting approaches, the calendar program is inquired regarding acquisition of text relating to the target event, and the information is utilized as input to an agent system. Then, the agent system performs a syntax analysis of input meeting text and extracts diversified components, such as a title, a body, participants, a location, and time. A calendaring system is updated by the best information that can be collected for the target meeting, and as a result the information is given also to users. The information is stored in a file obtained via selection from a link included in a calendar system. |
