A power supply device having a laminated body wherein either a transformer having a primary coil and a secondary coil or a first semiconductor component constituting a primary-side circuit connected to the primary coil in the transformer is laminated upon the other. This power supply device has: a second semiconductor component constituting a secondary-side circuit connected to the secondary coil in the transformer; and a choke coil connected to the second semiconductor component. The power supply device has a main surface and a base plate, the laminated body, the second semiconductor component, and the choke coil being arranged upon the base plate so as to face the main surface. The power supply device comprises: a primary DC wiring for direct current, connecting the first semiconductor component to a DC power supply and drawn out from a first prescribed site in the laminated body; and a primary AC wiring for alternative current, connecting the first semiconductor component and the transformer and drawn out from a second prescribed site in the laminated body. The primary DC wiring and the primary AC wiring are arranged separated across at least part of the laminated body. |
