The present invention relates to an eco-friendly and high functional rubber composition for cleaning a mold with improved detergency, so as to remove pollutants remained in a mold in a process of continuously molding a thermocurable resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly and high functional rubber composition for cleaning a mold with improved detergency, capable of significantly improving detergency and providing an eco-friendly working environment which is smokeless and odorless during work for cleaning a mold at the same time, which comprises: a hardening agent, an absorbent, and a cleaning agent in non-crosslinked rubber with the contents less than the cleaning agent; and an auxiliary cleaning agent for promoting and improving effects of the cleaning agent.
