A composite wing equipped with a composite-wing body (11) which is obtained by molding and comprises a composite material comprising strengthening fibers and a thermoplastic resin or heat-curable resin, and further equipped with a metal sheath (12) for covering a leading edge section (11A) and joined, via a film adhesive (13) obtained by impregnating a mesh with a hard adhesive, to the leading edge section (11A), which includes the leading edge (11a) of the composite-wing body (11) and the wing surface (11b) in the vicinity thereof, wherein the leading edge (11a) of the leading edge section (11A) of the composite-wing body (11) is provided with notched sections (11d) which do not require leading-edge (R) finishing and are formed during a step for removing surplus-material sections (15, 16) which remain on the leading edge (11a) after molding. As a result, it is possible to reduce production costs and shorten production time. |
