PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the situation in which a customer gets disadvantage because of contracts of a first order and a second order when the first order is an if-done order as a stop-limit order.SOLUTION: An order information generation part 16 of a financial product transaction management device imparts first order identification information on a first order having high priority of a contract to purchase order information/sale order information on a stop order forming an order information group, and imparts second order information identification information on a second order having low priority of a contract to sale information/purchase information on a limit order so that effective information identification information including the first order as effective order information is imparted and the second order and stop order information is ineffective order information, and performs processing to cancel the order information when market price information right after the time when a price information reception management part 19 acquires is higher/lower than prices of the order information group within a price width varying in a predetermined time.
