PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra-fine copper alloy having high strength, high conductivity and excellent elongation, to provide a copper alloy twisted wire, to provide a coated electric wire including a copper alloy wire or the copper alloy twisted wire, and to provide an electric wire having a terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided a copper alloy wire used for a conductor and including Fe of 0.4 mass% to 1.5 mass%, Ti of 0.1 mass% to 1.0 mass% and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. The copper alloy satisfies a tensile strength of 450 MPa or more, a conductivity of 60% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) or more and an elongation of 5% or more and has excellent shock resistance and flexure property, by making the copper alloy have a specific composition and conducting a specific heating treatment after wire drawing. The tensile strength and the conductivity are improved by setting Fe/Ti (mass ratio) at 0.5 to 5.5.
