Provided are a feeding method and apparatus for a rubber granulating machine, wherein on the basis of a blanking channel (1) in a feeding section of an existing granulating machine and a granulating screw rod (3) in a granulation channel (2) of the blanking channel, the diameter of the blanking channel (1) is enlarged, two feeding channels (7) which are symmetric and parallel to the axis of the granulation channel are additionally provided above the granulation channel (2), with the three channels being in communication with each other, two counter-rotating feeding screw rods (8) which have the same diameter and screw pitch and rotate in opposite directions are additionally provided in the feeding channels (7), a feed inlet (4) is opened at the top of the blanking channel (1) to the feeding channels (7), and the material introduced from the feed inlet (4) is repeatedly fed into the granulating screw rod (3) by the feeding screw rods (8). The feeding apparatus has a compact structure, and greatly improves the efficiency of a granulator. By virtue of the design of repeatedly feeding into the granulating screw rod (3) multiple times therein, firstly, the filling ratio of the main granulating screw rod is effectively achieved, and secondly, when the feeding is too much, the material can return upwards through the counter-rotating double feeding rods (8) to prevent the problem of feeding being stuck in the granulator. |
