Disclosed is a compressor (100) and a refrigerating system having the compressor (100). The compressor (100) is arranged horizontally and comprises: a housing (1); a compression mechanism (2), wherein the compression mechanism (2) is provided in the housing (1) and has a compression cavity, and the compression cavity draws in a refrigerant from the interior of the house body (1) and/or from a gas suction pipe (43); an electric motor part (3), wherein the electric motor part (3) is provided in the housing (1) for driving the compression mechanism (2); an exhaust gas sealing structure (41), wherein an exhaust gas cavity (45) is defined between the exhaust gas sealing structure (41) and the compression mechanism (2), and the exhaust gas cavity (45) has a closed interior with respect to the housing (1) and is used for collecting exhaust gases; and an exhaust gas pipe (42), wherein the exhaust gas pipe (42) is provided to discharge the exhaust gas in the exhaust gas cavity (45) to the outside of the housing (1).
