The present invention relates to a dishwasher (1) comprising a body (2) having two side walls (3); a door (4) providing access into the body (2); a sealing means (5) situated on the side wall (3) and/or the sides of the door (4); a washing zone (6) inside the body (2) enclosed by the door (4), the side walls (3) and the sealing means (5); at least one rack (7) wherein the items to be washed are placed, having a washing position wherein the rack (7) is entirely inside the body (2) and a loading/unloading position wherein the rack (7) is partially taken out of the body (2) by pulling forward; and an elevating means (8) that enables the rack (7) in the loading/unloading position to be moved in the vertical direction and that has more than one channel (9), each disposed oppositely on the side walls (3) in the vertical direction and at least one slider (10) that can move vertically inside the channel (7), holding the rack (7) and enabling the rack (7) to move along the channel (9). |
