PNEUMATIC TYRE Abstract A pneumatic tyre (1) includes a tread portion (2) provided with a circumferentially extending zigzag shoulder main groove (3) arranged proximate to a tread edge (Te), and a plurality of shoulder lateral grooves (15) each extending axially outwardly from the shoulder main groove. Each of the shoulder lateral grooves (15) includes a first portion (17) and second portion (18). The first portion (17) includes a first groove wall (24) and an axially inner end (17i) connected to the shoulder main groove (3). The second portion (18) is arranged axially outward of the first portion (17) and includes a second groove wall (26). The second portion (18) has a groove width and a groove depth (D2) greater than those of the first portion.
