METHOD FOR PREPARING A NYLON SALT

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nylon salt. The method for preparing a nylon salt comprises the following steps: melting acid and base in a solid state, a monomer of nylon, in each melting tank; transferring the molten acid and base to a mixing tank, and neutralizing the same; measuring the pH of the mixing tank, and additionally putting insufficient acid or base; and generating a solid salt by cooling the salt generated in the mixing tank in a cooling tower. The method for preparing the nylon salt in accordance with the present invention: uses no solvent when preparing the salt; measures a pH value in real time by having a device for measuring pH in the mixing tank; puts insufficient acid or base with respect to a reference pH of 7.0-7.5; and salifies all unreacted materials remained after a reaction. Therefore, the present invention is capable of: simplifying a process of preparing a salt by eliminating a conventional filtering process and washing process; and ensuring an improvement in yield of the salt and uniform physical properties of a final polymerized compound.
