PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which enables the increase in the electron field-effect mobility of a thin-film transistor, and enables the achievement of a sufficient ON/OFF ratio while suppressing an off current.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a first conductive layer making a gate electrode of a first transistor including a first oxide semiconductor layer; a second conductive layer making a gate electrode of a second transistor including a second oxide semiconductor layer; a third or fourth conductive layer making a source or drain electrode of the first transistor; a fifth or sixth conductive layer making a source or drain electrode of the second transistor; and a light-emitting element. The second conductive layer is electrically connected with the fourth conductive layer, and the sixth conductive layer is electrically connected with the light-emitting element. The third and fourth conductive layers are in contact with the first oxide semiconductor layer at the upper or lower surface thereof. The fifth and sixth conductive layers are in contact with the second oxide semiconductor layer at the upper or lower surface thereof. The first conductive layer is located over the first oxide semiconductor layer, and the second conductive layer is located over the second oxide semiconductor layer. |
