Provided are a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal panel manufactured by using the same. The polarizing plate includes a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer and a first protection layer laminated on one side of the polarizer through a first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer is a layer of a cured product of an active energy ray-curable adhesive, which is a solvent-free type. The first protection layer contains a methacrylate-based resin including 50-95 wt% of a first constituent unit represented by chemical formula (I), 0.1-20 wt% of a second constituent unit represented by chemical formula (II), 0.1-49.9 wt% of a third constituent unit represented by chemical formula (III). |
