<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a transparent wiring sheet capable of easily manufacturing a transparent wiring sheet suitable as a touch panel input device in which a conductive pattern is formed on both surfaces of a transparent insulating base material. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a transparent wiring sheet comprises the steps of: forming a first insulating part on a first transparent conductive layer and a third insulating part on a second transparent conductive layer by condensing a laser beam by a long-focal-distance optical system and irradiating a conductive substrate with the condensed laser beam (first irradiation step); forming a second insulating part different from the first insulating part on a first transparent conductive layer 20 by condensing a laser beam L<SB POS="POST">2</SB>by condensing means of high numerical aperture and irradiating the first transparent conductive layer 20 with the condensed laser beam (second irradiation step); and forming a fourth insulating part different from the third insulating part on the second transparent conductive layer by condensing a laser beam by the condensing means of high numerical aperture and irradiating the second transparent conductive layer with the condensed laser beam (third irradiation step). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
