<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an inconvenience of displaying transfer destination candidates related to all the speakers regardless of a caller (individual) in the case of an incoming call from a representative number and the like shared by a plurality of callers if a transfer destination candidate is displayed according to a calling source number. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone system comprises: opposite speaker determination means for determining an individual speaker by a particular key operation from a telephone set by which a called responded or voice recognition; transfer history per opposite speaker storage means for associating and storing each opposite speaker with his transfer history; and transfer destination display means for displaying a transfer destination candidate for an answered incoming call. The telephone system reads out and displays transfer destination history information corresponding to the opposite speaker determined by the opposite speaker determination means from the transfer history per opposite speaker storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
