<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new offset piping structure which can be constructed easily by simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the offset piping structure, a first pipe P1 and a second pipe P2, which are in approximate parallel relationship or in parallel relationship so that axial cores are different, are offset-piped through a communication pipe 3.
