<p>The method involves exposing the fiber bundles in contact with water to an electric field strength and an electrical current flow resulting from it. The required electric field is homogeneously and nonhomogeneously formed in arbitrary shape, particularly as plate capacitor or a coaxial structure. The fiber bundles are additionally moved in the water bath for the duration of action of the electric field. The fiber bundles to be treated are moistened or wetted.</p> |
