<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding cap that can control the temperature of a material to be extruded and molded at each site, suppress an obtained plate-like body from being deformed and the material from adhering to a mold when the plate-like body is molded, and improve quality of the plate-like body, and to provide a method for manufacturing the plate-like body. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion molding cap A is for extruding and molding the plate-like body 10.
