<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a stator core as a combination of a plurality of iron core blocks, a gap due to a dimensional error can occur at a boundary part of the iron core blocks, thus causing an output torque drop, torque ripple increase, cooling efficiency deterioration, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Yoke parts configured to come in contact with individual iron core blocks 1a and 1b have a taper shape, and the taper-shaped iron core block 1b that becomes thinner toward the outside in a radial direction is adhered to the iron core block 1a by pressing the iron core block 1b against the iron core block 1a from the inside in the radial direction to the outside. This eliminates a gap therebetween and achieves performance improvement. Additionally, it is configured to constrain the iron core blocks 1a and 1b in the radial direction by disposing a step 6 in the taper shape in order to prevent a contact with a rotor even when the engagement between the iron core blocks 1a and 1b is disengaged during operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
