<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist removal device which is constituted using no fibrous filter and therefore can decrease a frequency of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The mist removal device includes a casing 1 having an inflow port 5 and an outlet 6. In the inside of the casing 1, a first chamber A communicating with the inflow port 5, a second chamber B communicating with the first chamber A, and a third chamber C communicating with the second chamber B and outlet 6 are formed. In the second chamber B, an impeller 11 which sucks air in the first chamber A and discharges the air toward the side of the third chamber C is stored. At a periphery of the impeller 11 in the second chamber B, an outer periphery-side separation member 13a, a front-side separation member 13b, and a rear-side separation member 13c, which are made of punching metal, are arranged as a plate-like first separation member having a plurality of through holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
