An embodiment relates to a lighting device. The lighting device includes a radiation panel including a radiator and multiple radiation pins in the bottom of the radiator; a light emitting module including a printed circuit substrate on the radiation panel and multiple light emitting elements on the printed circuit substrate; at least one lighting module including a lens cover including multiple lens parts corresponding to each of the light emitting elements on the light emitting module; and a case combined with an outer part of the lighting module. The radiation panel includes a first guide rib placed outside the printed circuit board; multiple second guide ribs placed outside the first guide rib; and a case combination part protruding from the opposite side to the radiator. The case combination part is placed under an upper part of the second guide rib, a part of the case is combined with the combination part, and a lower thickness than the upper part of the second guide rib is included.
