The present invention relates to a recycled mold product and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a recycled mold product using waste poly-urethane and a paper sludge and a manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising: a step for processing poly-urethane into powder by grinding and crushing the poly-urthane; a step for mixing the poly-urethane powder and the paper sludge; and a step for molding the mixture. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture solid fuel having excellent caloric value and moldabilities by comprising poly-urethane and fiber having excellent caloric value and then molding by mixing the same with the paper sludge with outstanding moldabilities. |
