<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip type article conveying apparatus, which can convey articles at high speed and can convey the articles onto a downstream side while branching the route thereof with a high speed, and in which the whole apparatus can be also formed to be reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: The grip type article conveying apparatus 1 includes: a plurality of article grippers 20 arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on a rotating body 9, and each including a freely openable/closable grip finger 21 for gripping the article W; and conical cams 22 each including a cam surface 22s, for driving the grip finger 21 of each of the article grippers 20 to be opened/closed, and freely movable in the axial direction thereof; wherein the plurality of conical cams 22 are arranged at least in one direction of the radial direction and axial direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
