<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of design and to achieve cost reduction in a garbage input box provided with a storage-type rear door. <P>SOLUTION: The garbage input box 1 connected to the back of a garbage storage box in a freely openable/closable manner includes a rear door 10 that is guided to move along a guide rail 6 having a curved part between the two positions, a down position where a garbage input port 7 opened in the lower part of the rear is closed and an up position where the garbage input port 7 is opened, and a driving mechanism S that moves the rear door 10 between the two positions. When the rear door 10 has moved to the up position, the rear door 10 is arranged inside an upper cover 5.
