The present invention relates to a loading device for transferring a glass panel which comprises: a glass panel mounting stable on which glass panel packages are loaded respectively wherein glass panels are stacked on the glass panel packages; a left cover member for covering one side and a portion of a front surface of the glass panel mounting table; a right cover member for covering another side and a portion of the front surface of the glass panel mounting table; an upper cover member for covering an upper side of the glass panel mounting table; and a cover driving unit for opening or closing the upper side of the glass panel mounting table by moving the upper cover member. The right and left cover members connect a plurality of unit cover plates each other by connecting two adjacent unit cover plates and include flexible connecting plates to enable the two unit cover plates to be overlapped with each other. The loading device for transferring a glass panel according to the present invention simplifies components for covering the glass panel, and covering the glass panel or shortening uncovering time.
