<p>The utility model provides a magnetic sensor which is used for configuring a Hall sensor used to detect a magnetic field and an IC used to drive the Hall sensor and process signals on a pad of a lead frame through soldering terminals and sealing the Hall sensor and the IC in a package. The magnetic sensor can suppress the influence of eddy current generated at a lead frame due to rapid change of the magnetic flux density and has high-speed response required by a current sensor. The magnetic sensor configures a Hall sensor used to detect a magnetic field and an IC used to drive the Hall sensor and process signals on a pad of a lead frame through soldering terminals and seals the Hall sensor and the IC in a package. In the magnetic sensor, the pad of the lead frame is constituted by more than two metal sheets which are electrically insulated from each other.</p> |
