According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method to backfill an expert pipeline comprises a step of backfilling a surrounding of a bent pipe unit in an expert pipeline with a first backfilling material including river sand and tire powder. If a first composite is used as a backfilling material, the life of an expansion absorbing member is extended as a factor of friction in a curve unit of the pipeline is reduced, thus improving maintenance efficiency in the expert pipeline. Moreover, if a second composite is used as the backfilling material, a minimum installation length of a straight line unit in the pipeline is reduced, thereby suppressing an increase in buried length of the pipeline in a site construction. As such, safety in the expert pipeline can be obtained, and the expert pipeline can economically be constructed and maintained as construction costs and maintenance costs are saved.
