摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing synthetic foamed member which is used for water treatment and is formed by recycling waste glass. The water treatment material is synthesized by a filtering technology for preventing water pollution. The synthetic material prepared by a series of automated processes can foam and recycle the disposed waste glass, thereby enabling the resource circulation as a green technology and increasing the efficiency of energy consumption while minimizing the emission of greenhouse gases and pollutants. The present invention has improved porosity to increase the high filtering efficiency and significantly enhances the water treatment effect by the accelerated filtering speed. The present invention ensures a high washing recovery rate with little power in a reverse washing operation to reduce the size of the filtering facility size, thereby enabling the land area to be easily obtained while significantly reducing the construction and installation costs of the facility. The present invention increases the grinding performance and washing efficiency by improving the washing apparatus and the grinding apparatus. Each apparatus can minimize the contamination influencing the surrounding environment while reducing the noise emitted to the surrounding area. The present invention also enables easy and precise machine setting control in a firing furnace in a foam firing operation to make the manufacturing process easier for an operation while enhancing the quality of the synthetic material. The present invention also can quickly and easily pack the synthetic material by using a product sorting apparatus according to the size and purpose of the synthetic material.
