The present invention relates to a glycosaminoglycan nano-structure and a producing method thereof. The glycosaminoglycan nano-structure according to the present invention absorbs moisture when dissolving through stepwise cooling and drying without addition of a crosslinking agent, maintains a gel state having high viscosity, improves substance delivery efficiency, and maintains moisturizing effects for a long period of time.
