The present invention relates to a device for recovering oily vapor from a fuel oil service tank in a ship. The present invention provides a device for recovering oily vapor from a fuel oil service tank in a ship, comprising: a ventilation module for intermitting the discharge of oily vapor by intermitting the oily vapor, which is discharged through an oily vapor discharge path from a fuel oil service tank, depending on the pressure of the corresponding oily vapor; and a heat exchange module for recovering fuel oil included in the corresponding oily vapor by cooling and condensing the oily vapor discharged from the ventilation module. According to the present invention, fuel oil included in the corresponding oily vapor is recovered by cooling and condensing the oily vapor generated from the fuel oil service tank for supplying fuel oil, and environmental pollution caused by the oily vapor of the fuel oil is reduced and the used amount of the fuel oil is reduced by using the recovered fuel oil to operate another facility.
