Provided is an infra-red light generating device for heat treatment of a microporous membrane, which has low shrinkage rate and high porosity and includes pores uniformly formed over the whole porous membrane. The apparatus of the present invention includes a lamp comprised of: an infra-red light emitting unit embedded therein; a cover formed with a reflective layer in a parabolic mirror form on an inner surface; and a wave guide part consisting of materials with high light-transmittance and attached on an opposite side of the light emitting unit. The apparatus also may includes a lamp having a shape of a prism installed onto a light-emitting module, where infra-red light emitting units are installed to, so as to increase brightness by condensing infra-red light, or comprising the wave guide part to which a prism sheet is attached. |
