The present invention relates to a buffer device for a stroller, and an elderly walking support device frame. The buffer device is provided between a handle frame and an olfactory frame to buffer an impact when vibration is generated or the impact is applied to the handle frame. As such, the present invention reduces the bad effects of a baby′s head to safely be used, and to safely use the buffer device as the device does not damage a joint of an old man. Moreover, the present invention prevents vibration of the handle frame generated by an assembly tolerance and a clearance to improve durability of a product. |
