In the present invention, an RFID tag, an RFID tag reader, an RFID tag recognition system including the same, and a providing method thereof are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are the RFID tag, the RFID tag reader, the RFID tag recognition system including the same, and the providing method thereof, capable of quickly recognizing the RFID tag by using an M-ary query tree, the collision information of the tag, and an estimation method.
