The present invention provides a bushing for pressurizing bilaterally and a clamp for connecting pipes including the same. The clamp for connecting pipes including the bushing comprises: a male member; a female member; and an elastic member. The male member comprises: a male member body part and a locked protrusion protruding from the male member body part. The female member comprises: a female member body part connected with the male member body part; and a locked protrusion corresponding part formed on the female member body part. The locking protrusion corresponding part allows the male member body part and the female member body part to be fixated to each other when the locked protrusion is locked and allows the interval between the male member body part and the female member body part to be changed when the locked protrusion is released. The elastic member is connected to the male member and the female member to provide an elastic force in a direction where the male member is away from the female member to automatically correct the released state of the clamp when the fastened state of the clamp is released. The bushing for pressurizing bilaterally comprises: a female member; a male member; and an elastic member. Therefore, the bushing for pressurizing bilaterally in a compressed state can be conveniently coupled to or separated from the clamp for connecting pipes. Moreover, after performing the convenient coupling, the bushing can pressurize bilaterally only by a simple operation to rotate the male member or the female member. As such, the bushing for pressurizing bilaterally can be conveniently applied to various industrial fields requiring a pressurizing operation to be used in a wide range of applications.
