Disclosed is a medical ultrasonic probe. The medical ultrasonic probe according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an active component which includes at least one piezoelectric element, a backing material which is formed on the rear side of the active component and blocks or attenuates an ultrasonic wave which is generated on the piezoelectric element and is propagated to the rear side thereof, and a matching layer with at least two-layer structure which is formed on the front side of the active component and is used for the acoustic impedance of the ultrasonic wave which is generated on the piezoelectric element and is propagated to the front side thereof. And, the matching layer includes a low impedance matching layer which is formed with a composition obtained by adding a filler to an epoxy base material. The composition has a physical property to linearly increase a sound speed in proportion to the contents of the filler. The medical ultrasonic probe according to the different embodiment of the present invention is formed on the outermost side of the medical ultrasonic probe to cover at least the matching layer and further includes a skin window formed with the composition to add a micro-glass bubble to an epoxy base material as the filler.
