FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for installation and dismantling of carrier rocket stages from test benches. Proposed device comprises test bench with limiters, moving journals with retainers, intake platform with the rubber damping liner and integrated frame with structural truss and hoisting plant composed of the winch with reversing electric drive. Transfer truck has front and rear load-bearing units while ballast tank has units for connection of fluid feed and discharge hoses thereto. Adjusting appliances are arranged at carrier rocket stage while hoisting equipment has supports with thrusts and rings. Ballast tank volume depends on carrier rocket stage gravity center location under lengthwise axles of moving journals. Carrier rocket stage is placed horizontally on transfer truck while ballast tank is secured to the latter. Carrier rocket is secured at transfer truck to be rolled to test bench. Carrier rocket stage is detached from transfer truck while hoisting equipment is secured to rocket stage. Said stage is changed to vertical position and downed onto intake platform. Carrier rocket stage is secured to intake platform to detach hoisting equipment from carrier rocket stage.EFFECT: ruled out damages on carrier rocket, testing in rooms not equipped with cranes.4 cl, 7 dwg
