[Problem] To more easily measure light-scattering states inside the body. [Solution] This measurement device comprises: a light source that emits at least one type of measurement light belonging to a prescribed wavelength band, on to a measurement area comprising at least part of an organism; a detection unit having a plurality of sensors systematically arranged therein in a prescribed arrangement and which detects, using the plurality of sensors, the measurement light that been emitted from the light source and has passed through the organism; and an analysis unit that uses the detection results for the measurement light detected by the detection unit and analyses the straight travel properties of the measurement light inside the organism and the optical distance from the light source. |
