The present invention relates to a micro-controller unit (MCU) type dust sensor and, more specifically, to an MCU type dust sensor capable of controlling sensitivity due to a change in a level of an input power source by monitoring the input power source and autonomously diagnosing and controlling the sensitivity at a constant level regardless of a change in characteristics of components or various environmental changes by generating reference signals for controlling the sensitivity. More specifically, the present invention includes a light emitting unit emitting lights; a condensing lens collecting the light scattered by airborne dust; a light receiving unit sensing the collected light; an amplification unit amplifying signals transmitted from the light receiving unit; and an MCU receiving the signals amplified by the amplification unit and converting and outputting the received signals into pulse width modulation(PWM) signals. The MCU includes a reference signal generating unit generating the reference signals. Accordingly, the present invention provides the MCU type dust sensor characterized by autonomously diagnosing and controlling the sensitivity of the dust sensor. |
