PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of suppressing the transfer of heat generated in a light-emitting element to a circuit board.SOLUTION: A light source device comprises: a light-emitting element (10); a circuit board (20) on which a drive circuit driving the light-emitting element (10) is formed; a first radiation unit (30) radiating heat generated in the light-emitting element (10); and a resin portion (40) lower in thermal conductivity than the first radiation unit (30), the light-emitting element (10) is mounted on the first radiation unit (30), and the circuit board (20) is mounted on the first radiation unit (30) via the resin portion (40). |
