<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of correctly detecting the position of a hole part having a circular contour from an image, and to provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device and an image processing method.SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 according to an embodiment of this invention includes an image acquisition unit 21, a pixel type estimation unit 22 and a feature amount calculation unit 23. The image acquisition unit 21 acquires an image of a surface provided with a hole part having a circular contour. The pixel type estimation unit 22 estimates pixels included in the contour of the hole part and pixels with the contour of the hole part belonging thereto in accordance with the density of each pixel of the acquired image, that is, which the density belongs to between two types of density ranges: the density range of pixels belonging to the surface; and the density range of the pixels included in the contour of the hole part and the pixels with the contour of the hole part belonging thereto. The feature amount calculation unit 23 calculates the radius and the center position of the hole part on the basis of a density distribution of the pixels included in the contour of the hole part and the pixels with the contour of the hole part belonging thereto.</p> |
