The present invention relates to a back plate of a child safety seat mounted on the seat of a vehicle to support a child for safety during a drive of the vehicle. The back plate of the child safety seat is inserted into the seat body of the child safety seat to support the back of a child for safety, is fixated to the seat of the vehicle by a seat belt consisting of a shoulder belt and a waist belt, and includes a fixing belt for restricting the child′s movements. The back plate comprises fixing grooves, fixing means, and locking parts. The fixing grooves are formed in a rectangular shape on both upper sides of the back plate and are made of a synthetic resin plate. The fixing means partially pressurize and fixate a part of the shoulder belt which passes through the fixing grooves. Each of the locking parts on both lower sides of the back plate includes a contact part and a protruding part. The contact part is tapered in a direction, where the waist belt passes, to allow the waist belt to stably come in contact with the contact part while the waist belt passes. The protruding part protrudes from and is separated from the contact part to form a space for the waist belt, allows the waist belt to pass through the formed space, and holds the waist belt passing through the space by a protruding portion thereof. As such, through a structure of the back plate including the locking parts, the locking grooves, and the fixing means, the seat belt fixing the back plate is fixated through two or three fixed points to allow the child safety seat to be easily and safely secured to the seat of the vehicle, thereby allowing the convenient use of the child safety seat. |
