The present invention provides a combined waffle sausage and cake producing device, in which a crispy texture is improved, and a sausage is pasted and roasted with dough, so nutrition can be enhanced. Two types of cakes can be simultaneously produced in one frame. The combined waffle sausage and cake producing device according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a temperature adjusting unit body having a power switch, a temperature adjusting unit, a timer, and a cooking switch formed therein; a lower heating mold loaded on an upper surface of the temperature adjusting unit body, and heating at a temperature set in the temperature adjusting unit; and an upper heating mold rotated and opened and closed by being hinge-connected to a side of the lower heating mold, and simultaneously heating at a temperature set in the temperature adjusting unit. The lower heating mold and the upper heating mold comprise: a lower heating chamber and an upper heating chamber opened in a side facing each other, and having the same width, length, and height; a lower dough compression and insertion gear and an upper dough compression and insertion gear protruding at a particular height in the same position on a bottom surface of the lower heating chamber and upper heating chamber, and arranged in a lattice with the same number; and multiple horizontal grooves and vertical grooves formed on the circumference of each of the lower dough compression and insertion gear and the upper dough compression and insertion gear. |
