The present invention relates to a hair cleansing composition with excellent cleansing power, maintained with softness of hair during rinsing and, specifically, to a hair cleansing composition, with excellent foaming power and soft hair during rinsing while using a cationic polymer with an amount similar to the existing product by controlling a kind and content of various surfactants, and with reduced generation of droopy hair or scalp trouble by reducing the amount of the cationic polymer absorbed in hair.
